I just saw this fantastic DIY upholstered headboard at design*sponge.
The material is handmade by the Otomi Indians in Central America-incidentally,I've been stalking this embroidery pretty regularly at a neighborhood shop that carries all sorts of different south american textiles,all irresistible.
